ZooFari
A user-friendly zoo mobile app to enhance visitors wildlife experience with ease.

Introduction
ZooFari is a special zoo that has wild animals live in specifically designed environments to match their origin and allow visitors to freely explore the grounds without fear. ZooFari is a mobile application that allows a user to book special zoo events and to purchase tickets with a few clicks. The application is designed for the user to select special events offered at a particular time and date. ZooFari provides a feature to interact with the zoo map as it guides through the grounds.
Challenge
Create an engaging and interactive zoo app that enhances the zoo experience by allowing users to book events, purchase tickets, and navigate the zoo through a personalized and user-friendly interface.

ZooFari
Solution
To enhance a zoo experience, I designed ZooFari, a user-friendly mobile application that allows visitors to seamlessly book events, purchase tickets, and explore the zoo through an interactive map. This engaging platform provides an intuitive interface, enabling users to navigate the zoo, discover animal exhibits, and access essential visitor information with ease.

Process
The development of ZooFari followed a user-centered approach, ensuring the app effectively met visitor needs through an iterative design process. I conducted user research to identify key features for ticket booking and zoo navigation, designed intuitive user flows, and built an interactive prototype.
Persona
This persona served as a key reference throughout the design process, ensuring that user needs, challenges, and goals remained central to every decision while designing ZooFari app.

Flows
After conducting research, brainstorming ideas, and sketching concepts, I selected the most user-friendly design for ZooFari app. I then created wireframes to structure the pages, starting with low-fidelity layouts to establish the core functionality before refining them into high-fidelity designs for a polished and intuitive user experience.
Onboarding Flow
The onboarding flow for the ZooFari app is designed to provide users with a seamless introduction to its features. Upon launching the app, users are given an option to login or to register to access the information of the zoo. A user then greeted with a welcome screen highlighting key functionalities, such as ticket booking and special events.

Tickets Purchase Flow
To purchase tickets, user opens the app and selects 'Purchase Tickets' from the home page or bottom menu. A user has an ability to choose between general admission or special event tickets. A user then proceeds to checkout, where a QR code is generated for entry.

Below is a flow of purchasing tickets for general admission and special events together.

Special Events Flow
To purchase tickets for a special event, a user navigates to the 'Events' tab to browse upcoming experiences. Selects an event, reads the description, and clicks 'Buy Now'. Adds event tickets to the cart and completes the purchase as shown in the ticket purchase flow above.

Map Flow
While at a zoo, user opens the interactive map to locate attractions and amenities. By navigating on any icon on the map, a user receives specific animal exhibit and guided directions. The map will show feeding schedules and live event updates.
